This hotel is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some exclusive amenities. The lap pool with a view of the ocean and waterfall is stunning. Staff is genuinely friendly and willing to help, and the buffet breakfast is lovely. The spa is beautiful and relaxing, and the massage was top-notch. The seaview villas are out of this world, with their own lap pool and a lovely view. This hotel is a true luxury experience.

The hotel rooms seem badly soundproofed, and guests may experience noise from functions and outside. Also, the security needs to be stepped up, as incidents such as a child going through guests bags can happen.

Totally recommend staying for every one. Room met the purpose. It took 15 minutes to reach west coast beach on foot❤

Located on a beautiful sandy beach, this resort features two lovely pools and plenty of huts on the beach. The location is secluded and offers a generally quiet vibe. Rooms are spacious and clean, with private balconies to enjoy the view. Dining options are great, with a variety of Western and Asian dishes available. The resort also has a gym and a spa.

The service needs improvement. Some staff struggled with English and there were a few instances of miscommunication.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. I particularly enjoyed the clean and well-maintained facilities, including the beautiful beach and pool. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Another positive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service, which made it easy to explore the nearby area, including the fast train station and surrounding restaurants.

The beach was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand. We enjoyed lounging under the sun and walking hand in hand along the shoreline. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, with a good variety of options. The live music at night was the perfect romantic touch.

Although the hotel's facilities were nice, the service was a bit slow at times. We had to wait a while for our meals and drinks, and the staff didn't always seem too eager to assist us.

Absolutely loved the beach and watersports on offer! Great waves for bodyboarding and surfing. Loved the beach bar and restaurant. Fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Comfy beds and great service. Really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing city break.

The swimming pool was a bit small and uninteresting, mainly for lap swimming. The hotel is quite isolated, so not ideal if you want to do a lot of exploring outside of the resort.
